Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every client to be happy with our work. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by ADRIA DESIGN LLC.
1. Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel within 7 days of paying your deposit and before any work has started, you will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any payment-processing or third-party fees already incurred.
2. Cancellation of a one-time project in progress
- Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time reserved for your project and the initial work completed.
- If you cancel during the project, you will be billed only for the work completed up to the cancellation date. If you have paid more than that amount, the difference will be refunded.
- Work completed and paid for up to that point will be delivered to you.
3. Monthly services
- Monthly services (social media, paid ads management, email marketing) can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice by email.
- The current billing month already paid is non-refundable; services continue until the end of the notice period.
- No further charges are made after the notice period ends.
4. Non-refundable items
- Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta or Google.
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, software, stock assets, printing).
- Deliverables that have already been approved or delivered.
5. If we cannot complete your project
If ADRIA DESIGN LLC is unable to complete a project for reasons on our side, we will refund any amount paid for work that has not been delivered.
6. Satisfaction and revisions
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please tell us. We will first address your concerns through the revision rounds included in your project.
7. How to request a cancellation or refund
Send an email to admin@adriadesign.com.mx with your name, business name and the service involved. We will reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
